and operation conditions, management systems, and professional equipment management, and officially kicked off the prelude to comprehensive support for Zhongao Aluminum's equipment system. 

After more than a year of continuous support, Zhongao Aluminum's equipment functions have regained new vitality.

The company's management system has been comprehensively revised and improved. In conjunction with the transformation of equipment management business, the Equipment Department guides 

the various professional modules of Zhongao Aluminum's Equipment Energy and Environment Department to comprehensively sort out equipment management documents, management standards 

and other systems, and make adaptive revisions based on actual conditions, cumulatively improve various management methods, and improve equipment management levels through system 

construction.

Comprehensively improve the business capabilities of equipment system personnel. Carry out basic guidance such as "all-people" equipment knowledge overview, management system, and equipment 

status management. Improve the business capabilities of equipment inspection personnel through "tailor-made" and "training through competition". Jointly plan equipment management practical 

training courses with Zhongao Talent Development Institute and other departments, combine theory with practice, and comprehensively improve the comprehensive capabilities of equipment system 

personnel.

Equipment pain points and bottlenecks continue to improve. With the "small, precise and specialized" equipment business as the main line, we continue to provide support in five aspects, including 

standard improvement, precision detection, and fault diagnosis, for large motors, rollers, bearings, UPS, cranes, isotopes, etc., to reduce the failure rate by 10%. Major equipment accidents, 

management processes, major risk control points, and equipment function recovery are listed as annual support plans, and all phased rectification goals have been completed.

Equipment precision improvement helps stabilize production quality. Zhongao Aluminum's automotive plate and medium and thick plate manufacturing capabilities have been significantly improved. 

At the same time, it has successfully completed the largest domestic cemented carbide flat ingot casting, and the tank material products have implemented "weekly reading" and established a monthly

 reporting system. The yield strength of its tank products after baking is better than the industry standard, and the tank cover material has achieved a substantial breakthrough. The melting and casting 

line, cold rolling air cushion furnace and other 7 production lines have the ability to reach full production capacity on a monthly basis.

Through the continuous support of the equipment department, Zhongao Aluminum's equipment management system and equipment maintenance level have made a qualitative leap. At present, 

there are zero batch quality accidents caused by equipment function accuracy.
